Using Gears+
These terms apply when you use the Gears+ website, the web app at app.gears-plus.app, or the mobile app. By creating a company you agree to use Gears+ lawfully and to keep login details secure. You are responsible for the content you add, including equipment records, orders, and photos.
Company admins and staff
The person who registers is the company admin. Admins may invite staff and choose which checks are required before the company account can be deleted. Admins are responsible for those users and for the company data they can see.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices are shown in US dollars, or in Iraqi dinar for visitors in Iraq. You can cancel a plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the company account is different: access ends immediately, and unused time is not refunded.
Your data
You own the data you put into Gears+. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. A company admin can permanently delete the company from Profile. The steps are on the data deletion page.
The service
We work to keep Gears+ available and secure. The service is provided as it is offered today, and features can change as the product grows. We are not liable for production losses that come from how a company uses its own records.
