News

Many of the teams who use Gears+ work in Iraq, and paying for software in a foreign currency adds friction that has nothing to do with managing equipment. So we are making two changes.

Prices shown in Iraqi dinar

Visitors from Iraq now see every Gears+ plan priced in Iraqi dinar (IQD) on the pricing section. Visitors from other countries continue to see prices in US dollars.

Where a plan has a fixed dinar price, that is the amount you pay. Otherwise the dinar amount is converted from the US dollar price at our current exchange rate and is marked with ≈ on the pricing section. The exact amount is always confirmed at checkout.

Pay the way that suits you

Alongside cards, customers in Iraq can pay with local payment apps such as Zain Cash, which many freelancers and studios already use every day. The methods available to you are listed at checkout.

What stays the same

  • Every plan includes the same features in both currencies.
  • You can switch plans from inside the app when your inventory grows.
  • Your equipment data, orders and reports are not affected by the currency you pay in.
